If you have a current software subscription, please go to our new software download page for release AV3.

The software downloads on this page are available to RenderDrive and PURE users who had an ART VPS subscription between June and November 2003.

The zip files are password protected. To get the passwords or interfaces not listed below, please contact ART VPS customer support.

You must update your PURE / RenderDrive software at the same time as you update your RenderPipe plugin, as the plugin and software must match. Also download the release notes and updated manual.

Download:

2. PURE Software (updated 31st July 2003)

3. RenderPipe plugin:

RenderPipe MAX for 3dsmax / VIZ R3 or R4 or R5

RenderPipe for Maya for Maya v3 or v4 or v4.5 or v5 (Windows versions). Note the install method has changed, see page 19 of the Release Notes.

4. PURE User Manual

To install:

Unzip the pure zip file, being sure to choose the option to recreate directories.

Run the setup.exe in the newly unzipped PURE_Software directory.

Update your RenderPipe plugin.

Download:

2. RenderDrive Software, choose appropriate model number:

RD2000, RD3000 / RD3500 or RD5000 (updated 31st July 2003)

3. RenderPipe plugin:

RenderPipe MAX for 3dsmax / VIZ R3 or R4 or R5

RenderPipe for Maya for Maya v3 or v4 or v4.5 or v5 (Windows versions) or v4.5 or v5 (Irix versions). Note the install method has changed, see page 19 of the Release Notes.

Unzip the rdx000 zip file

Follow the instructions on pages 7 and 8 of the release notes to install the software

Note: Do not forget to enter the "bin" command before doing the "put" commands - this is really easy to forget
