RenderDrive already offers�unrivalled 3D rendering performance - and now an�upgrade for the RD6400 series�means your RenderDrive can also run 64 bit mental ray standalone software.
 
 
 
 
Added Funtionality
 
The upgrade provides additional rendering functionality to your existing RD6400 enabling you to take advantage of ARTVPS raytracing technology with the flexibility of adding mental ray.� RenderDrive will run both RenderPipe and mental ray renderers simultaneously or run either one exclusively. With the ability to render with two alternative renderers simultaneously,�you can use the one most suited to a particular task.
 
Outstanding Performance
 
Providing completely remote rendering as well as outstanding performance, the addition of 2 dual core opteron processors and a RAM upgrade optimises the RD6400 to run mental ray alongside our hardware accelerated ray tracer Renderpipe.� A web-based Java GUI provides simple control of network rendering with mental ray as well as providing diagnostic output from the mental ray renderer.
